Story allusion
Jiang Shang, styled Ziya and known as Jiang Taigong, withdrew from the chaos of King Zhou and lived by the eastern sea. He later fished at Pan Stream on the Wei River with a straight hook, not seeking fish but a worthy ruler. King Wen heard of his virtue and invited him to serve as teacher and chancellor when Jiang was about eighty. He later helped Zhou overthrow Shang and found a new dynasty.
